  • Regija Borenius in cooperation with Baker & McKenzie of Sweden represented the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Respondent) with a major Scandinavian bank (Claimant) in the arbitration dispute over foreign investment. Claimant withdrew the claim and mutual settlement agreement was concluded.
  • Managing Partner of Regija Borenius Dr. Dalia Foigt served as independent Lithuanian law expert in the arbitration dispute between Svenska Petroleum Exploration AB (Claimant) and Government of the Republic of Lithuania and AB Geonafta (Defendants).
  • Regija Borenius represented a Bulgarian company in the first ever case of commercial arbitration in Lithuania.
  • Regija Borenius represented a major Norwegian construction company in a dispute with a Lithuanian company according to the Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
