For clients in the construction market, Regija Borenius can provide legal services from the creation of a concept for a project to its final implementation.

 

Regija Borenius can, in accordance with the Civil Code and, project preparation documents or, in accordance to standard contract conditions of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers-FIDIC, prepare outlines of contracts for project works and draft contracts for the copyright of project work.

 

At the request of the client, Regija Borenius will prepare construction contracts, the terms for tenders for the selection of contractors, contracts for supervision of the implementation of building plans, and contracts for technical supervision.

 

Our lawyers also prepare the documents needed for construction permits: agreements between joint owners of a plot of land, if the plot of land is under joint community ownership; agreements with the owners of adjacent plots of land for temporary use of their land during construction and encumbrances for the use of the completed structure, etc.

 

Furthermore, clients are also consulted on all questions that arise during implementation of the building plan, performance of the cadastre measurements of the structure, and cadastre measurements of facilities within the structure during determination of suitability for usage, also when registering the structure and its appurtenances with the Real Estate Register.
