Dr. Foigt – Norvaišienė extensively engaged in legal academic research and teaching before establishing the current firm of Attorneys at Law “Foigt & Partners / Regija Borenius” with two other partners in 1993. She continues by working as the Professor of Private international law and Comparative law at the Vilnius University Faculty of Law.

In addition to dispute resolution, Dr. Dalia Foigt – Norvaišienė advises in corporate law, investment law and environmental law.

Dr. Dalia Foigt – Norvaišienė  is an Arbitrator at  the London Court of International Arbitration and the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.

In 2010 Dr. Dalia Foigt – Norvaišienė was elected as a member of the board of Vilnius Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Craft.

In 2004 Dr. Dalia Foigt  – Norvaišienė was elected to the Council of the Lithuanian Association of Lawyers' and the Methodical Council of the Lithuanian Bar.
