Radvilė Čiricaitė heads Corporate Law, Associations & Foundations and Labour law practice groups. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, investment law, bankruptcy, and represents clients in the institutions of dispute resolution.

While studying at Vilnius University, she improved her professional skills at Lund University, Faculty of Law, in Sweden, and she was a trainee in the Commissariat of the Council of the Baltic Sea States.

Radvilė Čiricaitė continues doctoral studies and lectures in Vilnius University, Faculty of Law. The topic of her dissertation “Legal Regulation of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Proceedings in International Private and the EU law“.
