Regija Borenius established the company of insurance broker in Lithuania, according to the request of client  Estonian company E-kindlustus.

Regija Borenius represented one of the major sewing company “Švytis” UAB in partial transfer of business to Swedish company Trelleborg. We prepared shares sale-purchase agreement, other agreements, related to the transfer.

Regija Borenius represented one of the largest Estonian audit and accountancy services company „Rimess MRI“, by purchasing controlling block of shares from Lithuanian audit company of natural persons of the Republic of Lithuania UAB “MRI Audit & Consulting“.

Regija Borenius represented enterprise CapMan at transfer of the Tamro MedLab business unit from Tamro Group to the ownership of CapMan funds, performed due diligence of Tamro Group, submitted notification to the Competition Council of Republic of Lithuania.

Regija Borenius represented the company „Maxit“, involved in the production of construction materials and articles, in acquiring 100% of „Viscum“ UAB shares. 

Regija Borenius rendered consultations to company  Svenska in the examination of the case at England’s court of appeal regarding the recognition and enforcement of the arbitral award.

Regija Borenius represented the company Eimskip in continuing to strengthen the control of the company, capitalizing the loan into shares.

Regija Borenius represented Codan A/S in increasing block of shares, buying shares from Lietuvos Draudimas UAB also buying shares from European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Middle and East Europe Investition Fund (IFC), submitting notification to the Competition Council of Republic of Lithuania.
