Establishment

Our firm was founded in 1993 as one of the first private law firms in independent Lithuania. Originally known as Foigt & partners / Regija Borenius, we have been one of the fastest growing legal firms in Lithuania.

From the very beginning, the founding partners of Regija Borenius, educated and trained in foreign companies and noted universities, have sought to provide professional services of the highest quality. Quality of services helped attract clients among large Lithuanian companies and the most important foreign investors in Lithuania.

In 1999 one of founders of Regija - Dangutė Ambrasienė - became a justice of Lithuanian Supreme Court (Civil Division). Despite changes in partners and staff over the years, REGIJA has remained one of the leading law firms in Lithuania. Regija has earned the name of a trustworthy and experienced legal partner.
